Abstract
The phenomenon of water bloom in the middle and lower reaches of the Hanjiang River in the pastten years is reviewed,a relatively overall statistics and comparative analysis are made and the conclusion that the change of hydrologic conditions in the river is one of the main factors of water bloom is reached. At the end the warning water level and the rate of flow are proposed from hydrological angles.
