Abstract

Objective Use of the ultrasonic method to measure fetal related diameter and predict mode of delivery. Methods In order to help pregnant women choose delivery methods, reduce blind trial production and reduce cesarean section rate, biparietal diameter / chest circumference, abdominal circumference / biparietal diameter, the difference between anteroposterior diameter and biparietal diameter of pelvic entrance was measured in 190 cases of pregnant women with prenatal ultrasound. Results The results of ultrasound estimated fetal weight below 4 000 grams, the difference between sacral shame Drive and bad biparietal diameter ≥23 mm,may be attending Vagina; The results of ultrasound estimated fetal weight above 4 000 grams, the difference between bad chest and head circumference ≥16 mm,the difference between abdominal diameter and biparietal diameter BAD ≥ 26 mm,may be attending cesarean section. Conclusions The ultrasonic measurement of fetal biparietal diameter, head circumference, chest circumference, abdominal circumference have a good prediction of fetal birth means.
