Analysis on Agricultural Expenditure of Public Finance in Fujian:Gross,Structure and Performance

By using the method of statistics and measurement,the author analyzed the gross,structure and performance of agricultural expenditure of public finance from 1978 to 2006 in Fujian province and found that the total amount of agricultural expenditure of public finance in Fujian is increasing,however,the rate of its increasing is lag behind the rate of public finance income's increasing and the rate of public finance expenditure's increasing;the ratio of agricultural expenditure to the total expenditure of public finance trends to decrease continuously;the productivity expenditure is lower and the non-productivity expenditure is too high;in addition,the management system is another reason.All these factors lead to an unsatisfied performance of agricultural expenditure.Hence,in order to reach a good performance of agricultural expenditure,we must build a system of agricultural expenditure of public finance which increases steadily and improve the structure and management system.
