Abstract
The spatial variability of soil nutrients under household contract system with small scale operation was conducted with grid sampling, systematic approach of soil nutrient, geographic information system (GIS), and global position system (GPS) technology. The results indicate that the distribution of soil nutrient was not uniform, and there existed a greater spatial variability of soil nutrient, which were mainly affected by agricultural fertilization measures. N, P and OM have a greater variability depending on fertilization measure, and Ca, Mg, K, Cu, Fe and Mn have a smaller spatial variability due to little fertilizer input.
