Abstract
Establishing a scientific concept of development of science and technology is to adhere to the scientific concept of development to the core of people-centered thinking,comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable basic requirements and the basic integrated method.So we should handle a variety of complex relations correctly and promoting China's science and technology onto new roads of people-oriented,comprehensive coordinated and sustainable scientific development.
