Abstract
In order to study the physiological and biochemical characteristics of pepper after inoculation the Phytophthora capsici, the changes of activity about phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL),polyphenol oxidase(PPO),β-1,3-Glucanase and chitinase were mensurated. The results showed that the changes of these protective enzymes'activities were remarkable difference between different resistance pepper lines. There was a positive correlation between the activities of phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL),polyphenol oxidase(PPO),β-1,3-Glucanase and chitinase and the pepper resistance to Phytophthora capsici.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
