Abstract
From area problems,design,changes of contract,defects of contract,force majeure and managing mode,it analyses the reasons which caused project claims,elaborates the items which should notice in claims.It also discusses the skills and methods in claims,has an important effect for strengthening inner management,perform the contract severely and maintain the normal order of the market.
