Abstract
The article discusses the status and functions of contract in construction project management,analyzes the main problems existed in current construction contract management,and illustrates the factors should be noticed in contract management from general contracting responsibility,unit price contract,engineering letter of indemnity and claims,in order to establish contract management system accorded with practical situation of China.
