Crossing Experiment between Dorset Down and Qinghai Senifine-wood sheep

Under grazing Condition in native grassland of paramo pastoral area,the growth and derelopment indexes were determeined in first filial generation of Dorset down and Qinghai semifine wool sheep at the age of 4 and 6 months The results showed trat under the Condition of serious ecological environment in Qinghai Platean,the growth and develepment of fivsit filial generation larnb were faster than that of Qinghai Semifine wool sheep,liveweight at the age of 4 months was 22.73kg,that of age of 6 months was 27.96kg,improved 3.02kg and 3.64kg more than that of Qinghai Semi wool sheep,resp.(P0.01).The indexes such as body tength,withere height,chest girth,chest width,cannon circumferend and thurl widtn was signifieantly more than those in the lamb of Qinghai semi wool sheep(P0.01).
