The effect observed of comprehensive care intervention on child patients with HFMD

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of comprehensive care interventions for child patients with HFMD.Methods Selected the author's hospital from June 2009 to June 2012 in our hospital,84 cases of hospitalized children with the hand,foot and mouth disease diagnostic criteria were divided into observation group and control group 42 cases in the control group,the control group was given implementation symptomatic care intervention,the observation group was given implementing comprehensive nursing intervention,the effects,fever and herpes subsided time,complications nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The observation group in the course of treatment after the implementation of the comprehensive care interventions,the efficacy was significantly better than the control group,the total effective rate had statistically significant difference(P 0.05).The observation group 42 patients clinical symptoms such as fever subsided than control group,herpes subsided time was shorten than the control group,hospitalization time of the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group,between the above-mentioned group of indicators were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Children of the observation group had no case of encephalitis,heart damage,control group children with upper respiratory tract infection,encephalitis,skin infections,heart and kidney damage,the number of cases was significantly more than the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group,children with family members to care amounted to 85.7%,was significantly higher than the control,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion The hand,foot and mouth disease children in the process of combining drug treatment through the implementation of the implementation of the comprehensive care interventions can not only significantly improve the clinical treatment effect,and to promote the relief of symptoms,relieve parents of children with anxiety and depression,and improve nursing satisfaction degrees and therapeutic effects,thus contributing to the children a speedy recovery.
