Elderly medical (respiratory) effect analysis of preventive care in the hospital infection control

Objective To analyze the elderly(medical respiratory system) the effect of preventive care in the hospital infection control application. Methods Our hospital 100 cases of patients randomly divided into control group and observation group, the clinical control group were treated mainly by routine nursing, the observation group patients mainly adopts preventive care, and watch the effect of two groups of patient care. Results Observation group of patients with infection rate was 4.0%, the control of the patient's infection rate was 16.0%, observation group significantly lower than the control group, and compared two groups have significant difference(P0.05). Another observation group of patients satisfaction rate of 96.0%, control group patients satisfaction rate of 76.0%, and patients' satisfaction of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, and compared two groups have significant difference(P0.05). Patients nursing quality rating of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,(P0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The preventive care in the elderly(respiratory hospital infection control in the application effect is remarkable, satisfaction is high, high security, refers to the clinical use.
