Abstract
The optimum liquid medium of submerged fermentation of Pleurotus ferulae was studied in this paper. It was found that corn starch, bran and KCl were optimal carbon source, nitrogen source and inorganic salt, respectively. The complex vitamin VB was used as growth factor. The optimum liquid medium composition was obtained by uniform design experiment as follows:corn starch 1.6%,bran 3%,KCl 0.9%,VB1 2 mg/100ml,VB2 2 mg/100ml and VB6 2 mg/100ml.Under these conditions, the maximum biomass of P.ferulae was 2.656 g/100 ml.
