Abstract
The extraction conditions of polysaccharide from Submerged Fermentation of Pleurotus ferulae was studied in this paper. The result showed that the optimal extraction conditions of intracellular polysaccharide,as determined by single factor test and orthogonal test, were 60℃,2h each time, extracting twice and adding H2O volume 35 times as much as sample. The optimal extracting condition of extracellular polysaccharide were enrichment ration: 1/3,enrichment temperature:70℃,final concentration of ethanol: 65% and optimal pH: 6.0.
