Abstract
Principle of indemnity is the logic terminal and one of the basic principles of marine insurance law. It includes: (a) Principle of entire indemnity (b) Principle of offering indemnity in time (c) Principle of indemnity for the practical losing. And two following aspects can be deduced from this principle: Principle of subrogation and Principle of contribution. The former consists subrogation of real right and of obligee’s right.
