Abstract

It is necessary to discuss and analyze the dialectical relationship between artistic value and commodity,for the commercialization of arts greatly influences the artistic value and there are different opinions about the relationship. Commodity is not pure artistic works or texts,it has both practical value and exchange value, which determines the relationship between artistic value and commodity,and in fact, the relationship betweenspecial practical valueof art and exchange value of artistic commodity,and eventually the relationship between artistic value and commercial value. Such relationship determines the win-win possibility between art and commodity, and conflict possibility between them.
