Abstract
In the study of production relation and its law of development political economics deals with commodity value much more than with commodity use value. The study of commodity use value helps convert the traditional value concept formed in the natural economic condition, deepen the comprehension of the socialist market economy in China, understand and assimilate the western effect value theory, and enrich the socialist market economic theory.
