Abstract
Objective To discuss the fermenting conditions including temperature, liquid volume, culture time and nitrogen resource on enzyme production by superoxide dismutase(SOD)producing strain Yb0101.Methods Every factor including temperature, liquid volume, culture time and nitrogen resource was set to different levels,SOD activity of different factor and levels was compared and the most suitable condictions were determined. Results SOD activity of fermenting liqulid was highest at 30℃,21 hours after culture with liquid volume 40mL.When 0.2%,0.4% Urea or 0.2%(NH4)2SO4 was added,SOD activity was increased, but the biomass was declined. Conclusion SOD activity produced by the strain Yb0101was highest when the culture conditions were suitable.
