Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnosis of endometrium carcinoma combined hysteroscopy with biopsy. Methods Hysteroscopied from January 2005 to January.2011.936 patients were examined combined hysteroscopy with endometrium biopsy. and 43 cases were diagnosed endometrium carcinoma. The data were analyzed. Results The sensitivity of hysteroscopy was 100% in the diagnosis of endometrium carcinoma. Out of the 43 cases, 15 cases showed diffusing type the focus: concave or convex and heteromorphic blood vessel on the surface; 21 cases displayed localizing type the focus:irregular configuration and excrescence with heteromorphic blood vessel. 7 cases showed dotted hemorrhage of the endometrium, and further pathology examination were carried out and diagnosed endometrium carcinoma. Conclusion It is a quick and valid diagnosis methods of endometrium carcinoma combined hysteroscopy with biopsy.
