Abstract

A high-performance liquid chromatography method was established to determine [(2-methoxyphenyl) amino]methanesulfonic acid and the suitable chromatography conditions were obtained by optimizing experimental conditions.[(2-methoxyphenyl) amino] methanesulfonic acid were quantified by external standard method.The accuracy,the precision and the linear range of response values of the method were determined and the feasibility of the method was verified.
