Combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment of tubal blockage infertility

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combination therapy in the treatment of tubal blockage infertility by traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. Methods The use of randomly 158 cases in our hospital were divided into combined group and Western medicine group with 79 cases in each group,western medicine group treated with western medicine,microwave and the treatment of liquid flow,the United Group in western medicine group on the basis of treatment with prescription of traditional Chinese medicine Guiling decoction,two the patients and the clinical effect after 1 years and two groups of patients with successful pregnancy differences. Results Qi stagnation and blood stasis,before treatment group and Western medicine group with dampness heat and blood stasis,cold and dampness,Qi deficiency and blood stasis type distribution differences were not significant( P 0. 05). Before treatment in the two groups no significant difference between TCM score( P 0. 05); combined treatment group and Western medicine group of Chinese medicine symptom score than before treatment were significantly decreased( P 0. 05),combination group compared with western medicine group decreased more significantly( P 0. 05). The efficacy of the combined treatment group distribution was better than western medicine group significantly( P 0. 05),with an efficiency of( 84. 81%) was significantly higher than that of Western medicine group of 70.89% total combined group( P 0. 05). Joint group of normal pregnancy in 40 cases( 50. 63%) was significantly higher than that of 25 cases of Western medicine group( 31. 65%)( P 0. 05); the two group of ectopic pregnancy rate is the difference was not significant( P 0. 05); united group of non pregnant rate of( 48. 10%) was significantly lower than that of Western medicine group of 65. 82%( P 0. 05). Conclusion Pipe blockage infertility than the pure western medicine treatment has more significant effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy in the treatment of tubal pregnancy rate,can improve the patients,and improve the symptoms of patients.
