Discussion about the objective and thinking of the new China sports system reform ──Historical retrospection of the objective and thinking in 80's and 90's of 20th century

This thesis, through the comparison and contrast between the two files on sports reform issued by National Sports Situation (the formal National Sports Commission ) in 1986 and 1993 respectively, makes a summary reviewing and retrospecting on the process of sports reform in 80's and 90's of 20th century. The initial result is that the reform in 80's takes a further step in perfecting and strengthening the sports system under the planned economic system. Since the 90's when our sports cause arrived at a new development model and stage to establish itself for fitting the socialism market economic system, a new sports project management system has been shaped with the macroscopic management of the sports situation and the special project management of the management center of sports project and the individual event association.
