Reference and Inspiration of Cultural System Reform to Sports System Reform

By the method of documentation,logical and comparative analysis,the paper analyzed the history of the Chinese cultural system,pointed out that sports system reform should learn from the successful experience of the cultural system reform.It put forward the following opinions: Sports reform should form the management system of government and society cooperate complementary,make sports reform experiment at earlier stage,sum up experience,then extend gradually;handle sports and sports industry relations correctly,increase investment,construct public sports service system,cultivate diverse sports market actively,formulated sports laws and regulations,reform the state-owned assets management system,allocate sports resources reasonably,put people first,and achieve balanced development among the competitive sports,mass sports and the sports industry.
