Construction of the New Type of Forestry Socialized Service System——Taking the Forestry Service Center of Shaowu in Fujian as An Example

The Forestry Service Center of Shaowu in Fujian province is set up to adapt to the new forestry socialized service system after the reform of collective forestry property system.By consummating the institutions and improving the setting-up of the relative systems,the center set up a stage to provide service to forestry,agriculture industries and society as well.However,during the operating process,it still harbors a series of problems,such as improper orientation,unclear identification of right and duty,insufficient services and system flaws.Thus,it is necessary to set up a new type of forestry socialized service system involving government,market and society with the characteristics of proper orientation and clear identification of rights and duties.Besides,the construction of the system is still to be strengthened.
