On the Construction of the Service System of the Forestry Socialization:Based on the Analysis of the Service demand of the Forestry Socialization in Fujian Province

Abstract

The paper investigated 10 counties(cities) by sample survey in Fujian province,analyzed the risk situation of forest worker's forestry management,will of forest loan on mortgage,forestry technology service,forestry agency service,legal counseling service by quantitative method.The results indicated that the service demand or the potential demand is very vigorous as a whole after the forest tenure reform which objectively required establishing and perfecting service system of the forestry socialization.
