Abstract
In this paper, the three-dimensional model of the S-shaped welded metal bellows was built by using of the ANSYS.The FEM modal of bellows was carried out by using its analytical modules, and the low-end of natural vibration frequencies and vibration types of the S-shaped metal bellows was calculated out,as well as the maximum deformation and vibration stress corresponding to bands were got.In addition, the vibration mode contour and curve diagram were obtained and compared with the experimental values. The researching results provide a theoretical basis for the optimal structure design and dynamic response calculation of the S-shaped bellows.
