Abstract
The reform in educational system calls for training persons of multiple abilities. It is the trend of reform in teaching to combine teaching with education for higher quality, to train the ability of making innovations and to tighten up the internal and external comprehensive relations of the subject. In teachers'colleges, it is imperative to deepen reform in teachhing methods and lay a foundation of being engaged in teaching in the future for all the college students.
