Abstract
The clonal propagation of Cattleya was developed.PLB is obtained through culture of leaf segments and shoot tips and shoot stem of Cattl eya on KC solid medium with BA 6mg/L, NAA 0.5%~lmg/L and sucrose 0.5%~1%. proliferation of Protocorms is on MS or KC medium with BA 5mg/L and NAA 0.l~0.5mg/L or IBA 0.5mg/L and Peptone 0.2%. The medium as KC or MS with NAA 0.3 or 0.5mg/L and 10% banana extracts and 0.l% actived charcoal is better for plantlet growth. BA played a central role in the protocorm formation and differentiation.
