Abstract
Urban and rural sports integration development does not mean the developing equally,and it has the rich connotation.People-orientation,realization of human's all-round development,fairness and justice,rights and interests protection,physical ascension are the value of the urban and rural sports integration development dimension.We need to gradually establish a public sports financial system covering urban and rural areas,gradually improve the integration of urban and rural sports administration system,strengthen the formulation and implementation of urban and rural sports integration policy,and improve the allocation of public sports resources,so as to realize the value and development of urban and rural sports integration urban and rural sports integration development.
