Abstract

Based on the development of rural sports and the concept of scientific development, follow the idea of urban-rural sports integration, refer to the research on the public service theory, and from the rural sports theoretical logic and reform practice as a starting point.This paper constructs a reasonable, responsible, sound, functioning, strict and operable system of sports public service in rural areas.It has a positive meaning to promote coordinated development of rural sports and speed up the construction of sports power.
