On Effective Utilization of Teaching Plan to Improve Classroom Teaching Efficiency

In recent years,discussions around how to improve the classroom teaching efficiency effectively and to give full play to teachers' leading role and students' principal role.Many education workers at home and abroad have carried out bold exploration and beneficial attempt and have achieved fruitful harvest.In reference to the existing research results and based on the constructivism theory,this paper discusses the characteristics,content and use of case study strategy with the combination of the practical teaching of high school new curriculum reform,and aims to study the optimized teaching process,improve teaching methods,establish open teaching environment,improve classroom teaching efficiency practically,pay attention to students' growth,and promote teacher's professional development and students' comprehensive,sustainable development.
