Abstract
The amount of Pb in tea polyphenol was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry with NH4H2PO4 and Mg(NO3)2 as matrix modifier,which enhance the ash temperature and eliminate the matrix interference.The method is rapid,simple and accurate with relative standard deviation of 3.2%,recovery of 103% and detection limit of 0.11mg/kg.
