The Clinical Analysis of Laparoscopic and Abdominal Myomectomy

Objective Analyze the clinical efficacy and value of abdominal myomectomy in the laparoscopic.Methods Select 100 cases in Nanhai the Second People's Hospital in Foshan from January 1,2005 to January 1,2010 using laparoscopic myomectomy,do comparative analysis in operation time,blood loss,anal exhaust time and hospital stay time and so on with abdominal myomectomy 100 cases.Results Treatment group and control group do not have significant difference in operative time,there is not statistically significant P0.05;The treatment group is significant better than the control group in blood loss,postoperative time-exhaust treatment and hospitalization time,there is statistical significance P0.01.Conclusion sLaparoscopic myomectomy is with less trauma,less bleeding,rapid postoperative recovery and shorter hospital stay,etc,superiority in a certain range laparotomy,but can not completely replace open surgery.
