On Strengthening the Cultural Construction of Education Work for Undergraduates

The culture of university is the core landscape of the socialist with Chinese characteristics. It occurs that universities and colleges is a place where mainly cultivates the qualified builders and credible successors of socialism of Chinese characteristics, the educational process of which,ultimately,is utilizing the culture of university to effect and educate undergraduates. This paper is producing in three aspects which contain the connotation of universities' culture,construction of university culture that plays an important role in education and improvement in the work of universities' culture,attempts to explain how universities to further enrich the construction of university culture and enhance the quality of education. It has a reference meaning to universities and colleges in new era,especially to run in the short period.
