Sunshine Sports:the Current Situation of Urban High School Students in Henan Province and Physical Education Curriculum Reform

Abstract

Using literature survey data,interviews,the survey,the statistics law to study the sunshine sports in the eight cities and 6 secondary schools,there are gender,age differences in the sports awareness training as well as its attitude,and training exercise by the year.Therefore,we should take the sunshine sports in the context of promoting sports curriculum reform,and strive to create a good school sports atmosphere,so as to create a good life sports awareness.
