A Survey on Current Extracurricular Sports Activities in Northern Jiangsu from Sunshine Sports Perspective

The article attempts to investigate and analyze middle school students' extracurricular sports activities in Northern Jiangsu by adopting questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and literature review.The conducted study found that middle school students in Northern Jiangsu have a more clear understanding on sunshine sports,and they are also aware of the importance of physical exercise on physical and psychological health,but there still exists certain gaps in their sports behavior and awareness.The author further provides the following recommendations: to cultivate the transition from sports cognition to sports behavior;to implement quality education and focus on sports ability;to organize various extra-curricular sports activities and carry out characteristic sunshine sports;to build multiple sunshine sports environment based on schools,families and social.
