Transaction Cost,Government Behavior and Model Comparison:Empirical Research on the Transaction of Land Contract Right in China

Bases on the analysis of land contract right transaction course,this paper describes four main transaction models: which are M(market transaction),M-(mostly market transaction),S+(mostly spontaneous transaction) and S(spontaneous transaction) model,and then examines their transaction course as well as main characteristics.Transaction cost functions are also figured out to calculate the transaction cost of peasant households and enterprises in this paper.What's more,the paper compares the government behaviors in the four models and its connection with the transaction cost of the supply and demand.The results show that the government behavior directly influences the latter.At last,the paper proposes suggestions that the government should improve village collective's participation mechanism,build land contract right transaction market and the mechanism of dispute resolution.
