Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical value of coronary heart disease diagnose by combined detection of lipids,HS-CRP and D-dimer.Methods The serum cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),ultra-sensitive C Reactive protein(HS-CRP) and D-dimer(DD) were detected and statistical analyzed for samples of 72 cases of normal healthy and 80 cases of CHD patients, respectively. Results The contents of HS-CRP,TG,TC,LDL-C,DD in the blood of coronary artery disease patients were detected to be increased in various degrees, and the positive correlation between indicators were observed significantly, but the contents of HDL-C was decreased and the negatively correlated with those indicators was observed. Conclusion The important clinical value for early diagnosis, clinical types, clinical observation of coronary heart disease is shown by the combined detection of HS-CRP,TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,D-dimer in patient's blood.
