Abstract

Different cool-resistance varieties were used to experimental material to test relative conductivity, malondialdehyde, soluble protein, proline, soluble sugar content and the activities of superoxide dismutase after 2 hours treatment with 13,7,4,-18,-21 ℃.As the temperature was reduced,MDA and soluble sugar content of wheat leaf increase gradually, the activities of SOD trend is N-shaped wave. After low temperature stress, the soluble protein content of wheat leaves no significant change. The results indicated that M808 and Dongyin0801 have the minimum relative electric conductivity in 21 ℃.MDA content of M808 and Dongyin0801 increased considerably from-18 ℃ to-21 ℃.M808′s activities of SOD has the lowest rate of change in-18 ℃ and-21 ℃.Proline and soluble sugar content of Dongyin0801 has the largest rate of change in-21 ℃.
