Abstract

This paper have measured the efficiency and risk of China's manufacturing industry according to the labor productivity and average scale.When a district selects a manufacturing industry according to the comparative advantage,the industry will have efficiency.On the contrary,the industry of a district will have risk.This paper have measured the comparative advantage of China's manufacturing industry and defined the leading manufacturing industry.The districts which have lower industry risk must have the comparative advantage of labor productivity or scale economy.
