The phenomenon of extending difference on GDP between local total data and national accounting data primarily comes from: the unscientific and unreasonable achievement examing system of local goverment,defaults in independence of statistic departments,imperfect of accounting method and statistic system of GDP.The solution for these issues includes: to improve the revolution of statistic adminstration system,to perfect and to regulate the national and local accounting method of GDP,to establish the further level of GDP accounting system.
