Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of combination therapy of diltiazem with trimetazidine on stable angina. Methods A total of 120 patients with stable angina in this study were randomly divided into two groups:observation group(n=60)and control group(n=60).On the basis of routine treatment, the clinical effect of trimetazidine on stable angina was observed in the control group. On the basis of routine treatment, the clinical effect for combination therapy of diltiazem with trimetazidine on stable angina was observed in the observation group. The parameters of the two groups observed in this study were the following:the frequency of stable angina, the duration of angina pectoris episodes, the consumption of nitroglycerin and the electrocardiogram. Results Compared with control group, the clinical effect of angina and electrocardiogram of the observation group were significantly better(P0.05).The frequency of stable angina, the duration of angina pectoris episodes and the consumption of nitroglycerin of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment(P0.05),and the observation group obviously better than the control group(P0.05).There were no significant differences in the adverse effects of the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Trimetazidine joint diltiazem, which can significantly reduce angina attack frequency, duration and amount of nitroglycerin, narrow the range of myocardial ischemia, and reduce the degree of myocardial ischemia, has better effect than a single trimetazidine treatment.
