Treatment of 40 cases of late non-small cell lung cancer with Aidi Injection combined with chemotherapies

Objective To observe the curative effects,adverse reactions and influences on immunity of Aidi Injection combined with chemotherapies of Gainou Injection(Vinorelbine Injection) and Shunbai Injection(Cisplatin,DDP Injection) or chemotherapy alone on late non-small cell lung cancer.Method Eighty cases diagnosed pathologically as non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=40) was treated with chemotherapy plan of Gainuo Injection(25 mg/m2 d1,8) combined with Shunbai Injection(30 mg/m2,d1～4) ,and the treatment group was given 50 mL of Aidi Injection(dissolved in 250 mL of normal saline) besides the same treatment as the control group for 8 to 10 days.One cycle of treatment was for 21 days and after 2 cycles the curative effects were evaluated.Result The gastrointestinal reactions in two groups were 30 % and 65 % respectively,and marrow inhibition,25 % and 55 %.There was a significant statistic difference(P0.05) .In the treatment group the immunity change was less than that in the control group(P0.05) ,and the living quality and KPS sore in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group with a significant difference(P0.05) .Conclusion The combination of Aidi Injection with chemotherapies for treating non-small cell lung cancer can reduce the influence and toxic or side effects of chemotherapies on patient's immunity,and improve the living quality.
