Aidi injection combined with 5-fluorouracil and cisplatinum for advanced liver cancer

Objective To observe the curative effect of Aidi injection combined with 5-fluorouracil and cisplatinum(FP) for advanced liver cancer.Methods Seventy patients with advanced primary liver cancer were divided into two groups.The patients in control group were given 5-fluorouracil and cisplatinum.Based on this,the observation group was given Aidi injection (50 mL Aidi injection + 500 mL normal saline were given by intravenous infusion,once-daily,21 days for a cycle,two cycles of a course of treatment).All patients were treated for two courses of treatment.Results Compared with control group,the ease rate was significantly higher and the rate of deterioration was significantly lower in observation group(P0.05);The quality of life in two groups have different degrees of increase after treatment,and the stability rates plus improving rates was significantly higher in observation group than that in control group(P0.05);Compared with before treatment,there was no significantly decrease of peripheral white blood cells in observation group after treatment(P0.05);After two courses of chemotherapy treatment, the white blood cells levels were lower than before treatment(P0.05).Conclusion Aidi injection combined with FP in treatment of advanced liver cancer has a significant effect.
