The CPC and the Democratic Constructions during the Hard Anti-Japanese War

Abstract

In the period of the anti-Japanese war the CPC lead the base to carry on the overall democratic development firmly,and drive the democratic reform within itself.In leading the base to implement the democratic development, mainly from the establishment and improvement of the democratic political power, public education of democratic legal system development and democratic thoughts began to take their way. The democratic development of the CPC included the new democratic theory and the development of the ruling party. All in all, the CPC played the important role of the democratic development during the period of anti-Japanese war.
