Abstract
Education marketization is to run education by using market concepts, principles and methods, where education is regarded as a kind of public utility. It purses the maximum of educational efficiency. The forms of education marketization, such as education voucher, school choice system, tuition and loan programs, are helpful to create a new education equity relationship. However, the market of education needs government's regulations and guidance as it is not a full but a limited market.Government should constitute a fusion between education marketization and education equity by ensuring the non-profit of education market, establishing the compensation system of vulnerable groups, overcoming the negative impact that the education market has on education equity.
