Abstract
Objective:To discuss the effect of stereotactic conformal on pancreatic cancer. Methods:One hundred and twelve cases with pancreatic cancer were treated by stereotactic conformal radiotherapy. The 50% dose curves were selected inγ-knife and target dose were from 3.2Gy to 3.5Gy each time, three times a week for 8-10 times totally. Results:Three months to eighteen months after treatment, the tumor volume of all cases diminished and the overall response rate(CR+PR)reached 87%,with the pain in belly remitting rate reaching 98% and the jaundice of 13 cases disappearing. Conclusion:The stereotactic conformal radiotherapy can be used in practice for the pancreatic cancer, increase patients' survival time and improve the quality of life.
