Peasants' relatively low education level is a basic human resource problem that must be solved in the socio-economic development of China's rural areas.More funds should be provided to improve education in rural areas and to build county-level community colleges for more higher education opportunities to upgrade rural human resources.This will enhance the training of peasants and promote rural development.
