A Systematical Analysis of the Evolution of Labor Contract

Abstract

The labor market of China is in perfect competition on the whole,in which the property right of labor is properly defined.However,it is still an unsound market because the labor contract system isn't developing in synchronism with the property right.The paper analyses the evolution of labor relationships and labor contracts from an angle of system transition,and illuminates the weaknesses in the signing and implementing of labor contract by engaging the evolution in the framework of contract analysis in order to give some beneficial enlightenment to the innovation of labor contracts.
