On Zhang Zhidong's Outlook on Talents

For saving the current political situation and maintaining the confucian moral values,Zhang zhidong,a famous Confucian in Qing dynasty,devoted his whole life to selecting,training,recommending and appointing talents for Qing.In these processes,Zhang zhidong's outlooks on talent were changed from lean to do to Chinese-style Westernization ,but both were integrated with humanistic pragmatism.
