YiqiYangyin Decoction on Bone Bax,Bcl-2 mRNA Expression in Graves' Disease Rats with Leukopenia

Objective To observe theperipheral blood white cell in Graves (GD) mice and mouse bone marrow count Bax,Bcl 2mRNA expression and its side effects Yiqiyangyin decoction.To discuss the mechanism of yiqiyangyin decoction to merger leukopenia.Methods The gene gun modeling established mouse model of GD,after the application of Chinese medicine Yiqiyangyin decoction,observe the theperipheral blood white cell in mice and mouse bone marrow count Bax,Bcl-2mRNA expression.Results 30 days after treatment,the Chinese medicines board of peripheral blood white cell count in mice and mouse bone marrow Bax,Bcl-2mRNA expression and model group were significantly different (P 0.01).In peripheral blood white blood cell count,the traditional Chinese medicine high-dose group was significantly superior to traditional Chinese medicine low dose group and middle dose group (P 0.01) ;Bax mRNA expression in mouse bone marrow,the low-dose group was significantly superior to traditional Chinese herbal medicine dose group,high-dose group (P 0.01) ;the expression of bone marrow Bcl-2mRNA in mice,the high-dose group was significantly superior to traditional Chinese herbal medicine dose group,low-dose group (P 0.01).Conclusions yiqiyangyin decoction has a better therapeutic effect to Graves disease combining with leukopenia.
